DJCARGO offers two efficient types of air freight to Singapore: Airport-to-Airport (delivered directly to Changi Airport) and Door-to-Door (delivered straight to the consignee's address). Wherever your cargo is located in China, we can easily arrange supplier pick-up for EXW shipments. If your trade terms are FOB or CIF, your suppliers can simply dispatch the goods to our warehouse. Furthermore, if you purchase from e-commerce platforms, vendors can send your items to our consolidation warehouse free of charge.

Oversized & Overweight Surcharges:
1. Surcharge of RMB 180 / shipment applies if a single package exceeds 68 KG or dimensions exceed 150 × 80 × 80 CM.
2. Packaging requirements for heavy cargo: Pallet bases must include at least 9cm feet for forklift handling. Airlines require non-crude wood crates and cases to be fitted with hinges and cross-pattern steel strapping (Raw wood packaging is strictly prohibited).
3. Extreme Dimensions: If any single side exceeds 2 meters, or a single piece exceeds 1.5 tons, destination delivery fees must be re-confirmed case-by-case. Consignees must have a forklift ready for oversized items. If a forklift service needs to be arranged at the destination, expenses will be billed at actual cost.
1. General Cargo: Minimum billable weight is 100 KG (shipments under 100 KG will be billed at 100 KG). For shipments under 500 KG, an additional +1 RMB/KG applies to the unit price. Local export tax refund declaration fees: RMB 400 / shipment, with an Additional Page Fee of RMB 50 / page
2. Sensitive Cargo with Battery-inclusive go through HK, The customs declaration fee is RMB300 / shipment; Mainland-to-Hong Kong transit fee: RMB 1 / KG; Hong Kong handling fee: RMB 350 / shipment; Additional Page Fee: RMB 50 / page. If none tax refund, no such extra cost.
For Singapore air freight import customs, we can handle customs clearance under the importer's company UEN (Unique Entity Number) and issue the official GST permit. Please note that a declaration fee applies per single shipment.
According to Singapore customs regulations, any imported goods with a CIF value exceeding SGD 400 are subject to a 9% GST, which applies to both corporate and individual importers.
